Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Central Time, excluding US public holidays.

How quickly we reply

First response: within one business day.
Something broken that stops you working: we start on it the same business day.
Everything else: we will tell you when to expect a fix when we first reply.

Messages that arrive outside business hours are answered the next business day.

Connected accounts

If the problem is with an account you connected — Google, Zoom, Stripe, Twilio, Meta — tell us which one and what you see. Many connection problems are fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting from Calendar → Connections or Conversations → Connections, and we will say if that is the case.
