Deleting your data

This page explains how to disconnect an account from Clayton Method OS and how to have your data deleted. If you only want to stop one integration, you do not need to delete anything else.

Disconnecting a single account

Every connected account can be disconnected from inside Clayton Method OS, and disconnecting revokes our access immediately.

• Google (Calendar or Gmail): Calendar → Connections → Disconnect. You can also remove our access at Google's third-party access page.
• Zoom: Calendar → Connections → Disconnect, or remove the app from the Zoom App Marketplace under Installed Apps.
• Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp: Conversations → Connections → Disconnect, or remove Clayton Method under Business Integrations in your Meta settings.
• Stripe, Twilio, Slack and Bluesky: Conversations → Connections → Disconnect.

When you disconnect, we delete the stored credentials for that account. Data already synced into your workspace stays until you delete the workspace or ask us to remove it, so that your own records do not disappear without you choosing that.

Deleting everything

Email info@claytonmethod.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your workspace.

• We confirm the request, then delete your workspace and everything in it: contacts, conversations, messages, calendar events, bookings, meetings and their recordings and transcripts, documents, surveys, invoices and automations.
• We complete deletion within 30 days.
• Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle, within 90 days.
• We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices for tax purposes, and a record of a text-message opt-out so we do not message you again by mistake.

Data we hold as a processor

If you are a customer of a business that uses Clayton Method OS — you booked an appointment with them, or they emailed you from it — that business controls your data, not us. Contact them directly. If you contact us instead, we will pass your request on to them.
